Dear Author

- Starting in January 2025, the Journal of the Colegio de Postgraduaos: Agrociencia, requires a fee of $12,000.00 MXN (Twelve thousand pesos 00/100 MN) for each article accepted for publication. This fee covers editing, layout, XML tagging, and DOI. The corresponding payment in US dollars (USD) will depend on the exchange rate on the day of payment, currently estimated at USD 600. Please note that these fees are updated annually.

- Our editorial policy states that submitted manuscripts should have a maximum length of 6,200 words, including tables, figures, and references. If authors exceed this limit, the journal will apply an additional fee of $1,000.00 MXN (one thousand Mexican pesos 00/100 MN) per page.

- The English translation will be done by professionals designated by Agrociencia and will be paid for by the authors themselves. The fees and payment method for translation services are agreed upon between the author and translator. This payment is separate from any publication fees paid to the Colegio de Postgraduados.

- By agreement of the General Academic Council and the General Administrative Council, authors affiliated with the Colegio de Postgraduados are exempt from publication fees. External or non-affiliated authors will pay the unit publication price.

You can make this bank deposit once the Agrociencia team informs you that your manuscript has been approved for publication. Otherwise, you cannot and should not make this payment.
